Maggie + Jayne's Wedding Stationery Suite

I cannot thank these two lovely women enough for trusting me with the design and production of their entire wedding stationery suite. It was my first front-to-back, soup-to-nuts effort with a project of this size and I learned a lot about my process, vendors, efficiency, strengths and challenges.

Working with someone like Maggie is great because she is such a decision maker - she knew right off the bat what kind of look they wanted ("Ralph Lauren chic backyard wedding") and their colors ("Navy blue and a very light peach") and was able to clearly communicate that to me. After a misstep on the initial design that maybe included a little too much of my own style, I sent over the beginnings of what would end up as the following suite - starting first with the invitations, and then using that anchor piece to work out the accompanying RSVP and Details cards.  The day-of pieces -menus and programs - came last.

Local design + letterpress vendor Studio Slomo did lovely work of the invitations and RSVP cards on Reich Savoy paper, while Skyline Art Prints did the details cards.
Menus and programs were done by Printing Solutions

Due to the tight timeline we were on, I shipped everything (including lined envelopes, belly bands, and a custom address stamp) to Maggie and Jayne to assemble themselves at home in San Francisco (a family friend addressed the envelopes) so I never actually saw the final product.  Fingers crossed that everything came out looking alright... never got any complaints but if you received one in the mail, I'd love to hear any constructive criticism!
